Three Places Commercial Airlines Do Not Fly To Directly And A Jet Can

With the winter season in full swing, many people are thinking about a ski holiday to some of the top-ranked locations in the United States and Europe. Those who live in New England or the Mid-Atlantic states in the United States can easily travel by car to Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine or Upstate New York for good skiing but the premier locations, at least in the United States, are in Wyoming, Utah and Colorado, and these are not easily accessible by car or train by even those who live in the mid-west or even the west coast. Granted that commercial airlines do travel to these locations, but they often require one or two stops not to mention the great deal of inconvenience encountered when bringing along one’s own ski equipment. These are the locations that are best suited for a private jet.

One of these is Aspen, Colorado, which has a commercial airport but the commercial airlines often use subsidiaries of their companies for these flights and so usually do not fly directly to these locations. However, jet travel to Aspen during the winter months is restricted to a slot program so as to control congestion and account for the snowy and stormy conditions in the winter. The slot program enables those using jet travel to reserve an arrival time with a buffer of 15 minutes for the either the departure or arrival time. This still outweighs the many potential stops and delays that could be encountered using commercial flights.

Aspen is the Nirvana for professional skiers with eight terrain parks, four half-pipes and over 300 trails that are marked and available from more than 40 lifts. This means that experienced skiers can practice new manoeuvres and brush up on old ones. After a day at the slopes, one can take in the exquisite nightlife or simply relax in front of the fire in the many inns and other accommodations.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming is another popular destination for winter travel in the United States; however, it does not use the slot program but when there is a great of traffic flying in, and out of its airport or the weather makes for conditions wherein flying is not recommended, private jet travel can be delayed. Again, using a private jet means that one’s flight will not require any stops as opposed to using the commercial airlines where the stops that would be required could be compounded to make an extremely lengthy trip.
With a location next to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, Jackson is an ideal destination for winter skiing. The local community is so good at skiing that the experts make Jackson Hole the place to ski to find out how their skill level compares. Like Aspen, Jackson Hole is a Mecca for professionals as skiing is more than a sport but a passion.

One more remote location in Europe where the skiing is extraordinary and to where all the commercial airlines use two stops is Levi, Finland. A trip to Levi, however, does require landing in Vaasa, as there are no other airports located in Levi itself, but a direct trip on a jet can save time that a two-stop layover can cause of problems arise. Levi is the home for Santa Claus and has great appeal for families as well as deep powdery snow that makes for ideal skiing conditions. The way private jet charter works is with hourly hire charges, so the shorter the trip, the cheaper it is!

So, when you are looking for a holiday of a lifetime then you really need to start thinking about ditching the charter airlines and getting accustomed to the private jet mode of transportation!

Sweet Pink

Elegant Contrast Pink Panel Sleeveless Dress from Oasap which gives a sweet yet mature vibe.

Monday Sunshine

Wearing long sleeves on a Sunny day? Blame the bipolar weather! It’s been really cold even if the sun shines brightly. It gave me a chance to wear this dress from ShopThisEasy. :)

Its in perfect proportion, long sleeves to keep me from freezing. Short Dress so I won’t look too old on it.

I also love how this dress hugs my body, making it look like I have some curves. lol. Hahaha! The silver buttons on the side actually adds extra elegance on the dress. Love it!

And because I feel like being matchy-matchy. I used my glamorous ring from SM Accessories. It goes really well on the dress’ buttons <3

And to finish up the look, I wore my Korean suede fish head high heels platforms from AhaiShopping. The first time I saw this pumps, I knew I must order it! You know how much I love scallop details. <3 And I must mention too that these pumps are really comfy, my feet doesn’t hurt a bit while wearing these! :)
